Hong Kong Commissioner of Insurance John Leung has a host of ongoing projects on his plate including the establishment of the new Independent Insurance Authority (IIA), the policyholders' protection fund (PPF) and the risk-based capital framework. In spite of all the activities in the pipeline, he tells us that the smooth and swift transition from the OCI to the IIA remains his utmost priority.
