He helmed one of the first locally-incorporated entities that is staffed by local professionals, with no expatriates; and it was the only company to quote unlimited covers when other reinsurers withdrew from the market. He also oversaw the SIRC which grew from strength to strength. Mr Christopher Ho, recently-retired Chairman of Client Relationships Asia Pacific, Head of Singapore Office, PartnerRe, and immediate-past Chairman of Singapore Reinsurers' Association, remains modest despite some significant milestones and trail blazing in his career spanning more than 40 years.
