Around four in five (81 percent) of Chinese insurance customers are likely to switch to another automobile or home insurer over the next 12 months, representing the highest percentage among policyholders in 11 countries, according to research by global management consulting firm, Accenture, based on a survey of more than 6,000 insurance customers in total. In contrast, only 23 percent - the smallest proportion - of Canadian respondents would switch insurers.
