Five insurance entities have raised capital of CNY435 million (US$66.6 million) on the National Equities Exchange And Quotations (NEEQ), an over-the-counter system for the trading of stocks of small and medium-sized companies, so far this year. The amount is more than six times the sum raised by insurance entities from the exchange last year.
