Canopius has appointed to its APAC leadership team Ms Chiu Channing as regional strategy and transformation lead and Mr Zhang Chen as head of claims, APAC.
In her new role, Ms Chiu will work closely with Mr Lee Soon Keen, CEO of Canopius APAC and MENA, and the regional executive committee to set Canopius’ long-term strategic goals for the region, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organisation to meet the company’s growth vision. She brings 15 years of experience and joins from AIG Singapore.
In his new role, Mr Zhang’s leadership will be instrumental in shaping and executing the claims strategy for APAC and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and client service excellence. He brings over 15 years of experience and joins from Factual Mutual Insurance Company.
