Aon has launched its life and health (L&H) reinsurance practice in India with the appointments of Ms Neha Shah as chief actuary and Ms Renuka Nar as head of broking.
In her new role, Ms Shah will be responsible for leading and developing Aon’s actuarial service offering and supporting the strategy execution for its L&H reinsurance business. She will also collaborate with the firm’s L&H reinsurance teams across the APAC region and internationally.
Ms Shah joins from Gen Re India.
In her new role, Ms Nar will be responsible for leading and developing Aon’s India L&H reinsurance services, business strategy and value proposition, and will collaborate with reinsurance markets across the APAC region to expand the firm’s offerings to the benefit of clients.
Ms Nar joins from Howden.
