AIG has announced that Mr Juan Perez has been elected to its board of directors as an independent director.
Mr Perez has more than 30 years of experience. He holds a bachelor of science in industrial and systems engineering and a master of science in computer and manufacturing engineering. Both degrees are from the University of Southern California.
Mr Perez is also a director of The Hershey Company and Wabtec Corporation and serves on the advisory boards of the School of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Southern California and the School of Business at Georgia Tech. He is executive vice president and CIO of Salesforce.
