Werner Bugl, pioneering (re)insurance leader, has passed away

Ultimate Risk Solutions Member of the Executive Committee Werner Bugl has passed away. During his 50 years in the (re)insurance industry, Mr Bugl was a vital member of Munich Re, ACR, MAIPARK, MAREIN, Russian Re and Guardtime.
Before his passing, Mr Bugl served as a Member of the Executive Committee at Ultimate Risk Solutions since August 2013. In August 2017, he held the position of Director focused on Business Development at Asia Capital Reinsurance Group in Singapore. He had extensive experience in executive leadership and business development, and contributed significantly to the growth and strategic initiatives within the risk solutions sector.
