Mr Hiroya Takagi has joined ACE Group as Political Risk & Credit Manager to helm the expansion of the company's political risk and credit division in Japan. He will be based in Tokyo. Meanwhile, Ms Tanya Kiew has joined the insurer as Head of Direct Marketing, Singapore.
