China:AIA in office property JV with Singaporean global real estate investment manager

AIA Life Insurance has formed a CNY2.4bn ($338m) joint venture with CapitaLand Investment (CLI), a Singapore-headquartered global real estate investment manager, to recapitalise Capital Square Beijing, a Grade A office building in the Chinese capital.
