MS First Capital Insurance (MSFC) has appointed Mr Vikas Shukla as CEO, subject to regulatory approval. He succeeds the late Mr Ramaswamy Athappan, who passed in May 2024.
In his new role, Mr Shukla aims to enhance synergies and growth opportunities across Asia. He will also uphold the pursuit of technical excellence and collaborate closely with the company’s senior leadership to ensure continuity and bolster MSFC's standing in Singapore’s insurance industry.
Mr Shukla brings over 30 years in the non-life insurance industry across diverse Asian markets. His expertise spans both commercial and retail lines of business across various distribution channels. He presently serves as MSFC’s chief risk officer.
