Sun Life has appointed Mr Benjamin Deng as president of Asia asset management, effective 1 January 2025. He will join Sun Life's Asia Executive Team in this newly created role.
In his new role, Mr Deng will lead Sun Life’s asset management function to support the growth of the company’s insurance and asset management businesses in Asia. He will also lead the company’s investment management strategy and operations and drive strategic initiatives.
Prior to his new role, Mr Deng worked with Ping An Insurance, China Pacific Insurance and AIA.
