The Ardonagh Group has acquired a majority interest in Apex Insurance (Holdings), strengthening its footprint in Hong Kong's insurance market, reported Life insurance international.
The financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.
Apex will operate alongside PSC HK Insurance Group, Ardonagh’s existing regional platform, which became part of the group following its acquisition of PSC Insurance Group in October 2024.
Apex offers insurance broking and agency services to SMEs, focusing on general liability, accident & health, and property damage sectors.
