Arch Insurance has promoted Mr Joe Donovan to Deputy Regional Manager and Ms Marita Elliott to Head of Underwriting Operations and Compliance.
In his new role, Mr Donovan will be responsible for driving collaboration across all business functions to enhance product and service capability, as well as operational efficiency to support the company’s growth ambitions. He will also maintain his current claims management responsibilities.
Mr Donovan brings almost 15 years of insurance market experience. He joined Arch in 2017 as Claims Manager. Prior to that, he held roles at Chubb Insurance and Zurich Financial Services Australia.
In her new role, Ms Elloitt will be responsible for supporting underwriting strategy on both a binder and open market basis.
With over 25 years of industry experience, Ms Elliott joined Arch in 2015 and was most recently the Underwriting Operations and Compliance Manager.
