Peak Re has appointed Mr Nattakorn "Natt" Wattanaumphaipong as Head of Distribution and Partnerships and Mr Sanjiv Agarwal as Head of Operations.
In his new role, Mr Nattakorn is responsible for strengthening and strategically managing Peak Re’s broker and distribution relationships globally. He works closely with the company’s underwriting and markets teams to drive a coordinated approach to broker engagement, develop partnerships with MGAs and support the development of efficient and effective distribution channels.
Mr Nattakorn brings more than 20 years of reinsurance experience across property, agriculture, casualty and other lines of business in APAC. Prior to joining Peak Re, he worked with Canopius and Swiss Re.
In his new role, Mr Agarwal oversees Peak Re’s operations functions, including technical accounting, claims and technology. He works with teams across the organisation to enhance operational effectiveness, strengthen capabilities and support the delivery of the company’s strategic objectives.
Mr Agarwal joins Peak Re with close to three decades of experience spanning operations, transformation, technology and people leadership in the financial services sector. Prior to his new role, he worked with Swiss Re and HSBC Global Resourcing.
