AXA Hong Kong and Macau has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with BytePlus to integrate AI and large language model (LLM) solutions into its operations. The announcement comes as the insurer seeks to accelerate digital transformation and responsible AI adoption across the insurance value chain.
The partnership will see the companies establish a co-innovation framework covering insurance innovation, customer intelligence, and AI-powered creativity and marketing. The collaboration also explores insurance-specific AI models, intelligent agents, and decision-intelligence solutions across areas including knowledge management, underwriting support, claims processing, and multi-channel distribution. AXA will also use BytePlus's predictive analytics and consumer persona modelling to strengthen customer insights and personalise engagement.
