AXA Hong Kong and Macau and BytePlus partner on AI-driven insurance innovation

AXA Hong Kong and Macau has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with BytePlus to integrate AI and large language model (LLM) solutions into its operations. The announcement comes as the insurer seeks to accelerate digital transformation and responsible AI adoption across the insurance value chain.
