Losses suffered by Nepal's agriculture sector and livestock and poultry due to Bhotekoshi flash flood of 26 August 2026 could cross NPR2.11bn ($13.76m), according to a recent Rapid Damage and Needs Assessment (RDNA) report jointly prepared by the National Planning Commission and the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority (NDRRMA).
