Allianz Insurance Singapore appoints Ong Bi Ying as new CEO

Allianz Insurance Singapore has promoted Ms Ong Bi Ying to the role of CEO.

Ms Ong joined Allianz Insurance Singapore in 2019, and has held progressively senior roles, most recently serving as COO.

“With her deep understanding of the company and the Singapore market, I am confident Ms Ong is well positioned to lead Allianz Insurance Singapore into its next chapter,” said Allianz Asia Pacific Regional CEO Anusha Thavarajah.

Ms Ong succeeds Mr Hicham Raissi, who is departing to pursue opportunities outside the Allianz Group.
