Acenda Life has appointed Ms Lisa Green as Group Chief People and Culture Officer, and promoted Mr Ross Miller to the role of Chief Commercial Officer.
In her new role, Ms Green leads Acenda’s people and culture agenda through its next phase of integration and transformation.
She brings more than 30 years of experience across financial services, listed companies and complex, regulated organisations. Ms Green has held senior leadership roles at Citigroup, J.P. Morgan, ASX and oOh!media.
Ms Green succeeds Mr Miller.
In his new role, Mr Miller is responsible for leading Acenda Life’s Australian commercial teams across Insurance, Wealth and Retirement solutions.
He has more than 25 years of experience across banking, customer, distribution and people leadership. Mr Miller joined Acenda in February 2026 as Group Chief People and Culture Officer
Acenda Life has also announced that Mr Sean McCormack will step down as Chief Commercial Officer.
