On the group level, Forvis Mazars has appointed Mr Hervé Hélias as chairman, a reappointment; Mr Pascal Jauffret as CEO and Mr Rick Chan as a member of the Group Governing Board.
Mr Chan is also Forvis Mazars in Singapore’s managing partner and head of audit and assurance for APAC.
Forvis Mazars in Singapore has appointed to the Cooperative à Responsabilité Limité (CARL) partnership Ms Ellyn Tan, partner, financial advisory; Mr Gavyn Ng, partner, financial advisory; Mr Hong Chuan Goh, partner, financial advisory; Mr Kee Yin Lai, director, technology and digital consulting; Ms Kirsty McMillan, partner, tax; Mr Tan Yan Song, partner, audit and assurance; Mr Yung Hui Lok, partner, audit and assurance and Mr Zi En Wong, partner, audit and assurance.
Forvis Mazars in Singapore has also appointed Mr Chee Choon Chin, partner and head of business development and marketing; Mr Gene Kwee, partner and head of tax APAC; Ms Narissa Chen, partner and head of audit and assurance and Mr Rick Chan, managing partner and head of audit and assurance for APAC to its new executive committee.
The newly elected executive committee will oversee the firm’s strategic direction and management for the next four years.
Mr Jauffret has stepped down from his capacity as an executive committee member.
Forvis Mazars in Singapore has also introduced forensic investigation and compliance services and appointed Mr Wallace Lee as partner, financial advisory (forensic services).
Mr Lee brings over 12 years of expertise. He is a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), a Financial Forensic Professional in ISCA, an Associate of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He holds a bachelor of accountancy from Singapore Management University.
