Aon has appointed Ms Jennifer Richards as CEO of APAC, effective 1 March 2025. Ms Richards assumes the role from Ms Anne Corona, who has been named CEO of enterprise clients and global chief commercial officer.
In her new role, Ms Richards will work alongside the APAC executive committee to enhance the firm’s capabilities across the region, create distinctive value for clients, deliver growth and strong financial performance, inspire colleagues and execute on the 3x3 Plan.
Ms Richards joined Aon 13 years ago. Prior to that, she worked with AIG and Sidley Austin LLP.
