EFU Life has partnered with digital wallet company JazzCash, to launch a digital insurance ecosystem in the country that will help millions of Pakistanis access insurance.
The collaboration will help EFU Life tap into JazzCash’s twenty million active users and aims to simplify and make insurance more accessible, transparent, and user-friendly. This new initiative opens the door to secure, digital-first protection for underserved populations who have long been excluded from traditional insurance channels.
The collaboration aims to streamline the entire insurance value chain—from instant policy subscription to real-time servicing and rapid claims settlement—eliminating the lengthy paperwork and delays that often discourage potential policyholders. Customers will be able to purchase insurance instantly through multiple digital touchpoints, including the JazzCash mobile app, web portal, call center, and even WhatsApp.
