Cambodia's insurance regulator, the Insurance Regulator of Cambodia (IRC) organised a dissemination workshop focussing on microinsurance in agriculture, in the country's Bakan District, Pursat Province.
This is the latest move the regulator has made to raise awareness of protection in the country. Previously, the IRC held workshops on compulsory insurance and regulations in the insurance sector in Tboung Khmum Province and Kampong Cham Province respectively.
This is the second workshop the IRC has held in Pursat Province. The first workshop was held in October, and focussed on compulsory insurance.
