Aon has appointed Ben Jones as its new chief operating officer for Asia Pacific beginning 8 December 2025.
Mr Jones will be based in Singapore and will work with Aon’s regional and global teams to strengthen the company’s operating model and support growth.
Prior to his current role, he was chief transformation and operations officer at Manulife and previously worked as country chief transformation Officer at Allianz Ayudhya in Bangkok.
He has also worked for over seven years at AIG as regional operations executive of commercial insurance, APAC, regional vice president operations for APAC, and as regional manager, operations & systems for Australasia.
