Howden has announced the expansion of its M&A insurance solutions capability in Asia, with 12 new appointments across Greater China, Japan and Singapore.
These appointments are:
- Mr Adrian Chai as Head of W&I, Asia as well as Head of M&A, Southeast Asia
- Ms Blossom Lim as Senior Director
- Ms Cathryn Neo as Head of Litigation and Contingent Risk, Asia as well as Head of M&A Claims, Asia
- Ms Chen Jianhua as Director, Greater China
- Mr Eugene Lim as Head of Tax, Asia
- Ms Jamie Wan as Senior Director
- Ms Janice Jiang as Associate
- Mr Lee Xianwei as Head of M&A, Asia
- Mr Mark Wong as Associate Director
- Ms Natalie Worthington as Senior Associate, Tax
- Ms Rosy Wang as Associate Director, Greater China
- Mr Shunsuke Takechi as Head of M&A, Japan
The team has backgrounds in law, banking, investment management, tax and corporate advisory.
