Zurich Singapore has appointed Mr Dylan Bryant as Head of Zurich Multinational and Captives, APAC, and Mr Patrick Fyson as Head of Property, Asia.
Mr Bryant’s newly created role brings together regional leadership of Zurich’s multinational programmes and captive solutions. He leads the multinational and captives business across APAC, overseeing outward, inward and international programmes, as well as captive fronting and related solutions. He drives strategy, performance and service delivery in the region, while strengthening APAC’s contribution to Zurich’s global multinational and captives network.
He brings extensive commercial insurance experience, with a particular focus on complex risks. Prior to rejoining Zurich since his last stint from 2002 to 2014, Mr Bryant worked with Swiss Re, Aon and Lloyd’s.
Mr Bryant joins the APAC commercial insurance leadership team and the global Zurich multinational team.
In his new role, Mr Fyson leads Zurich’s property underwriting function across Asia, with a focus on shaping and executing underwriting strategy, driving sustainable growth in line with the region’s ambitions and further strengthening Zurich’s in-country underwriting capabilities.
Mr Fyson is a seasoned commercial underwriting leader with deep property underwriting, portfolio management and leadership experience gained in roles spanning Singapore and the United Kingdom. Prior to his new role, he worked with Canopius and Tokio Marine Kiln.
