The Ministry of Finance has increased support for agricultural insurance under new regulations issued earlier this month, which revise a 2018 decree. The changes raise subsidies for agricultural insurance premiums, expands scope of insurance coverage that enjoys state subsidies and decentralise authority to local governments.
