Aon announces appointments to Japan Global Solutions

Aon has announced two leadership appointments for Japan Global Solutions (JGS), a global that brings together the firm's integrated risk and human capital capabilities to help Japanese multinational clients respond to changes in their domestic market while continuing to expand internationally.

Mr Kido Naoki has joined as Global Head of JGS, and Mr Tanemura Yuki has been appointed Global Chief Commercial Officer and Head of North America for JGS, effective 1 January 2027. Both appointments are subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

In his new role, Mr Kido leads the global strategy, vision and continued growth of the platform. He works closely with leaders across Aon’s risk and human capital capabilities to strengthen collaboration, further develop the JGS network and advance opportunities for Japanese multinational clients globally.

He brings more than two decades of experience serving Japanese multinational organisations. Most recently, he worked with WTW. Prior to that, Mr Kido held senior leadership roles across North America and Europe. Throughout his career, he has advised clients on complex risk management, employee benefits and multinational business challenges across global markets.

In his expanded role, Mr Tanemura will focus on accelerating commercial growth, deepening client engagement and strengthening collaboration across the network. During his 20 years with Aon, he has held leadership positions across Japan, Southeast Asia and the US, developing deep expertise in serving multinational clients in Japan and helping connect them with the full breadth of the firm’s global capabilities.
