Good idea as it will encourage the periodical change of guard. No matter how brilliant an executive is the natural tendency is to get into a groove & stop innovating & adjusting to the evolving conditions year on year. This process also reduces / elimates potential corruption else people tend to begin to understand your weaknesses in addition to your strenghts. So I for one am a supporter of the axiom " The King is dead - long live the King"

“For the last 10 years, rates in the region have been on the decline across various commercial and specialty lines including aviation and energy. Throw into the mix the rising costs of intermediation and compliance, and all these factors have combined to undermine regional P&Ls and are proving to be challenging for non-life insurers. This is the new reality in Asia”
