How the EAIC began:A slow walk through history

Mr Julian J Locsin, who was one of the speakers witnessing the historic birth of the EAIC in 1962. Mr Locsin is now in his 80s, but he still cares very much about the insurance industry even in his retirement. A lawyer by training, Mr Locsin is still chairman and CEO of Ideal Pension Plans Corporation in Manila.
