China Re Group member Chaucer has appointed Mr Andy Cleair and Ms Emma Brown as class underwriters to its international property division.
In their new roles, Mr Cleair and Ms Brown will be responsible for supporting Ms Mel Smart, head of international property facultative with the growth of the international property portfolio, using their broker networks to bring in new business as well as maintain existing accounts.
Mr Cleair brings more than 20 years of experience. Prior to his new role, he worked with Aviva and XL. He joins Chaucer from Everest Syndicate.
Ms Brown brings more than 20 years of experience. Prior to her new role, she worked with Navigators, Novae, Liberty and Allied World, among others. She joins Chaucer from SCOR.
