Following the completion of AXA’s acquisition of the Winterthur Group from Credit Suisse, its Australian unit, AXA Asia Pacific Holdings (AXA APH) has agreed to acquire Winterthur Life Hong Kong Ltd (WLHK) for about HK$1.9 billion (US$243 million).
