Manulife Hong Kong and Macau has appointed Mr Albert Mak as chief agency officer. He also serves as a member of the company's senior management team.
In his new role, Mr Mak will lead various agency functions to drive growth within Manulife agency force across Hong Kong and Macau. His responsibilities include leading the team to achieve sales, productivity and recruitment goals with high quality standards.
Mr Mak has over 15 years of experience. Prior to joining Manulife in 2019, he worked with HSBC, HSBC Insurance and Standard Chartered Bank. He holds a bachelor of science in statistics from the University of British Columbia, Canada.
