J.S. Held has appointed Mr Jonathan Held as executive chairman to the board of directors. He intends to step down from the role of CEO.
In his new role, Mr Held will continue to provide strategic guidance, ensuring the company optimises value creation for continued growth. He will also increase his client-facing role, providing strategic advisory and dispute resolution consulting, largely focused within the insurance industry.
