Prudent Insurance Brokers has appointed Ms Manvinder Kaur as deputy chief human resources officer. In her new role, she will be responsible for shaping the people strategy at Prudent and will also play a pivotal role in supporting the company's continued growth.
Ms Kaur brings over two decades of experience across diverse industries, as well as expertise in strategic HR leadership, organisational development and performance and talent management.
Prior to joining Prudent, she was associated with ICICI Lombard General Insurance for nearly seven years. Her earlier career spans over 14 years across multiple sectors.
Ms Kaur holds a degree in production engineering and an MBA in HR from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad.
