Singapore Reinsurers' Association (SRA) has appointed Mr James Beedle as its Chair.
In a statement by the SRA's LinkedIn account, the association said that Mr Beedle steps into the role with extensive leadership experience in the reinsurance industry, including his current position as CEO Asia Pacific at PartnerRe.
With his deep industry knowledge and strong focus on collaboration, Mr Beedle will continue to build on SRA’s role as a platform for engagement, knowledge exchange and collective progress across the reinsurance community, said the SRA.
According to Mr Beedle’s LinkedIn profile, prior to his present position, he worked with Willis Re Japan and Willis Re Australia, among others. Most recently, he was Senior Managing Director of Willis Re Asia at Willis Singapore.
