Aon has appointed Mr Nicola Fraccalvieri as CEO of Global Facultative for Aon's Reinsurance Solutions, effective 1 March 2026.
In his new role, Mr Fraccalvieri will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and driving the execution of Aon’s global facultative reinsurance strategy, with ceded facultative at the core of the proposition. He will work closely with colleagues across Aon’s Risk Capital platform with the aim of bringing differentiated value to clients, as well as strategies for sustainable, profitable growth.
He will also lead the development of new digital capabilities and talent initiatives, ensuring Aon’s facultative offering remains at the forefront of innovative, client-centric solutions in an increasingly complex and evolving risk landscape.
Mr Fraccalvieri replaces Mr Andrew Laing, who will now focus fully on his responsibilities as UK CEO of Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions.
Mr Fraccalvieri joined Aon in 2023 to lead the firm’s EMEA facultative reinsurance operations, bringing more than 25 years’ industry experience, having held a range of senior leadership roles across regional and international markets.
