China's five major A-share listed insurers have posted an aggregate
gross premium income of CNY2.17tn ($340bn) for the first 10 months of this year, according to an compilation of stock exchange statements lodged by them. The total figure represents a dip of 0.93% year-on-year, a marginal improvement over the 0.97% slide shown for the first three quarters of this year.
