John Tan retires from ACR's executive positions to focus on health, Hans-Peter Gerhardt to helm

ACR Capital Holdings' Board has accepted Group Chief Executive John Tan's decision to retire from his executive positions in the company citing medical advice. Member of the ACR Board, Mr Hans-Peter Gerhardt, has been designated to assume the roles of ACR Group Chief Executive and Chief Executive of fully-owned subsidiary, Asia Capital Re, pending regulatory approvals.
