Singapore:Insurers Standardise Definition For Critical Illness

The Life Insurance Association of Singapore (LIA) and General Insurance Association of Singapore (GIA) have introduced standardized definitions for 37 illnesses covered under the critical illness (CI) benefit, which will take effect from July 1, and apply to all 12 general insurers and nine general insurers in the country.
