The decision by the Chinese authorities to seize control of nine financial institutions including four insurers, two trusts and three brokers is credit positive for China's financial sector, as it will help contain systemic risks, says Ms Qian Zhu, VP-senior credit officer, Financial Institutions Group at Moody's Investors Service.
