Sompo has appointed Ms Maya Dongyoung Lee as COO, APAC. In her new role, she will be responsible for leading Sompo's APAC Operations, including operational excellence and resilience, transformation and project management and building its operations and roadmap across APAC, in addition to developing talent and capabilities across the region.
Prior to her new role, Ms Lee worked with Manulife, PwC and MetLife. She holds a master of business administration from Yonsei University.
