Chubb has appointed Mr Jon Longmore as country president of Malaysia, effective early November and subject to regulatory and other approvals. Mr Longmore succeeds Mr Stephen Crouch, who has been appointed head of government affairs, APAC.
In his new role, Mr Longmore will have responsibility for the overall performance of Chubb in Malaysia.
Mr Longmore began his career with Chubb 13 years ago. He holds a bachelor of arts in international relations from the University of Queensland. He is currently country president of Chubb General Insurance Indonesia.
Mr Adrianto Gunawan, CFO of Chubb General Insurance Indonesia, will take on the additional role of interim country president while the appointment of a permanent successor is underway.
