Tokio Marine Kiln has appointed Ms Phoebe Liew as special risks underwriter, focussing on credit and political risk.
Ms Liew brings nearly a decade of credit and political risk experience. She joins from Texel in Singapore where she served, most recently, as credit and political risk director. Prior to that, she held senior operational roles at China National Building Materials Group.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms Liew currently serves as the chairperson of the International Project Finance Association (IPFA) Future Leaders Network in Singapore.
