Gallagher Re has appointed Mr Russell Hails as Executive Director, Head of MGA Solutions, APAC.
Mr Hails joined Gallagher Re in 2025 with a mandate to re-establish its MGA proposition in the Pacific region. In his expanded role, he will work closely with colleagues across APAC and the Global Programme Solutions team to identify and execute opportunities.
He brings a wealth of industry experience to this role, with previous positions at Lockton and Willis Re.
