HDI Global has launched Global Healthcare Solutions, expanding its established German medical malpractice business into an international offering for healthcare providers and care organisations. To lead the business, the company has appointed Mr Colin Lavey as Head of Global Healthcare Solutions.
his new role, Mr Lavey leads the continued development of the Global Healthcare Solutions proposition and supports the growth of HDI’s healthcare business internationally. Mr Lavey joined HDI nine years ago, and has held a range of underwriting and leadership positions.
The proposition combines specialist healthcare liability underwriting with HDI’s international underwriting platform and local market capabilities.
