Global:AXA CEO Henri de Castries to retire 1 Sept

AXA CEO Henri de Castries has announced his decision to retire and step down from the Board on 1 September 2016, after close to 17 years at the helm. Following a recent Board decision to separate the functions of Board Chairman and CEO, Mr de Castries will be succeeded by Mr Thomas Buberl as CEO and Mr Denis Duverne as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors.
