Agile, a fast growing underwriting agency, InsurTech and Lloyd's Syndicate company, has established a presence in New Zealand, the first of its kind for a Lloyd's syndicate.
With the establishment of Agile Insurance Group NZ, Agile enhances its capability to service New Zealand businesses in its general aviation, accident and health, casualty, and professional lines.
This venture marks a further strategic milestone for Agile, an Australian insurance group established in 2015, known for its leading technological capability and digital distribution prowess. Earlier this year, Agile launched its own Lloyd’s syndicate – Agile Underwriting Services Syndicate AUS 2427, which is established under the ‘syndicate-in-a-box’ (SIAB) framework and is managed by Asta, the leading third-party managing agent at Lloyd’s.
