Marsh, a business of Marsh McLennan, has announced changes to its leadership team.
Current President of Marsh Asia, Mr James Addington-Smith, has been appointed CEO of Marsh UK. He takes over from Mr Chris Lay, who also serves as CEO of Marsh McLennan UK, and who will retire from the firm in 1Q2026 after over 40 years of service.
Mr David Jacob, CEO of Marsh McLennan Asia, will assume the additional role of President of Marsh Asia.
