Starr International (Thailand) has appointed Mr Vichai Laotrakul as CEO. He brings over 20 years of underwriting experience across multiple lines of business.

In his new role, Mr Vichai will be responsible for driving growth, overseeing overall business performance and strengthening the company’s market position in Thailand.
According to Mr Vichai’s LinkedIn profile, he began his career with AIG in 2004. Over the course of his career, he worked with Allianz General Insurance, Chubb and Muang Thai Insurance, among others. Most recently, he was Chief Distribution Officer with Allianz Ayudhya.
